June 16th: CHINCHERO AND MORAY
Today, we set off on a trip toward Chinchero, a beautiful little village known as the hometown for the rainbow. It’s located forty minutes away from Cusco and offers stunning views of the Sacred Valley along with snow-capped peaks in the distance like Apu Veronica, Salkantay and Sawasiray. Chinchero is quite famous for its very rich textile traditions, and it’s certainly still the perfect place to reconnect with yourself and learn about Andean Cosmovision and healing techniques.
As we explore through the village, we’ll meet with elders along with locals who are happy to share their way of life. A special segment from our visit includes taking part in a Despacho ceremony, which is a very ancient ritual for gratitude and connection to Pachamama (Mother Earth). It is truly a wondrous feeling, which definitely calls us to pause, to deeply ponder, as well as to cherish the real world near us.
After really quite enjoying a particularly delicious lunch in Chinchero, we’ll quickly hop onto our bus and then head directly toward Moray, an absolutely incredible Incan site located at about 600 meters above Urubamba. These extremely massive, circular terraces, carved deeply into the Earth just like a natural amphitheater, were then used simply as just an agricultural testing ground, creating greatly different microclimates in order to then grow different crops. But Moray is far more than just a farming innovation; instead, it was also regarded as the womb of Mother Earth, which remains a sacred space for healing and also transformation. At this location, we will pause briefly to join with the female power of nature, accepting its talent to feed spirit and physique.
We will conclude our entire trip by nightfall, holding the Andes’ total wonder and the complete sagacity of holy places.

June 17th: PEROLNIYOC AND QENTAPATA
Step off the beaten path and uncover two of the Sacred Valley’s best-kept secrets on this enchanting day tour to Perolniyoc Waterfall and the Qentapata Inca ruins – a perfect blend of natural beauty, quiet trails, and deep history.
Your journey begins with a scenic drive through the valley’s majestic landscapes, passing traditional Andean villages and terraced hillsides. We arrive at the trailhead near Socma, a small, peaceful community nestled in the highlands. From here, we begin a gentle to moderate hike uphill (about 45 minutes to 1 hour) on a well-marked path, surrounded by native flora, hummingbirds, and spectacular mountain views.
Our first destination is the Perolniyoc waterfall, a stunning cascade tucked into a lush gorge. It’s the perfect place to pause, breathe deeply, and enjoy the serenity of nature. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even dip your hands in the chilly, crystal-clear water – a refreshing touch from the high Andes.
From the waterfall, we continue upward for another short stretch to reach Qentapata, an impressive but lesser-known Inca archaeological site perched above the falls. These ruins were likely a spiritual and administrative center – and from here, the views over the valley are absolutely breathtaking. Your guide will share insights into the history and significance of the site, the Inca trail system, and how local communities once thrived in this region.
After exploring we begin our descent and enjoy a relaxed drive back through the Sacred Valley.

We can walk directly in the actual footsteps from the past, truly embracing harmony between both history with nature.
We then explore the Temple of the Sun and also the Royal Baths and Fountains. We are immersing ourselves still in such a deep shamanic experience that truly connects us up with each of the elements—earth, water, air, and even fire. Following such gentle flow along the river, we arrive at the Temple of the Condor, a place for transformation as well as renewal, where we pause for quiet reflection and deep meditation.

Along the way on our adventure, we pass through the quite enigmatic Valley of the Spirits, and there naturally sculpted stones form an altogether sacred and mysterious landscape. Upon reaching Aramu Muru’s Doorway—believed to be a portal to other dimensions—we will take part in a specific ceremony to honor our individual self-improvement, transformation, and rebirth as we step into a special new phase of life.

June 22nd: A JOURNEY ACROSS LAKE TITICACA
Rise early to greet the soft morning light before beginning a private boat adventure upon the serene waters of Lake Titicaca. Your initial stop is the outstanding Uros Islands, floating islands made completely of totora reeds. Home to the Uros people—who, according to legend, existed so far back before even the sun when the whole earth was cold as well as dark—these islands once did act as a mobile defense system. Today, they welcome visitors from around the world, offering a special glimpse into ancient traditions as well as a way of life deeply connected to nature. Even though the Uros proudly say that they have “black blood” that protects them from the cold, they are known quite well for their obvious warmth and hospitality.
The adventure still continues to Amantaní, a serene, circular island widely called the Island of the Kantuta, in honor of Peru’s national flower that blooms here plentifully. Amantaní is also home to two most sacred peaks, Pachatata (Father Earth) and also Pachamama (Mother Earth), with each crowned with very ancient Inca and Tiwanaku ruins. The island’s terraced hillsides, planted with wheat and quinoa, reflect a life sustained by the land. They additionally reflect a life sustained by ancestral knowledge, at that.
For us, this sacred space can offer an invitation to pause so as to connect with the wisdom of the ancestors. We pause to reflect on the adventure thus far, and also to gather the healing energy and understandings that the island so generously offers to us.
